Search COAST, Clear Coastal Reviews and Pass the Correct Jacksonville Beach Inspection
Jacksonville Beach has its own Building Inspection Division. Do not use the consolidated City of Jacksonville permit system for property located inside Jacksonville Beach city limits.
This guide explains the City’s real process: use COAST for records and status, choose the correct e-permit form, clear zoning, flood, Fire, tree and Public Works reviews, prepare for the 10:00 AM–3:00 PM inspection-access window and close the permit before it becomes a property problem.
